Talks in Kenya have haulted. It sounds like Odinga and Kibaki are not getting along. In the article below, BBC states that "Mr Annan said that negotiations had become acrimonious and that the situation had become 'very dangerous'. " The two leaders have agreed, however, to create the position of "prime minister," which Odinga would fill.
